whoever first decided that sausage, peppers and onions were a dynamite combo and Mary and John who gave us the vehicle to take it to a whole new level
Ok, so that may be a little extreme, but last night, John and I were trying to make dinner with what we had in the freezer, so we pulled out some hot italian sausages and threw them on the grill with peppers and onions. Maybe it was my mood, maybe it was because they were charred and crispy on the outside and juicy inside, but it was simply delicious!
It was also a beautiful day yesterday, so we enjoyed the early evening outside on the deck loving the weather!
