One of the unique things about Bermuda is that the water supply comes from the sky. That's right, Bermuda relies on rain water for drinking, showering, dishes, laundry - anything you can think of. It's actually a great concept and works really well, except in a drought.
The weather has been wonderful since we moved down in February, so, needless to say, we've been in a bit of a drought and the rain was a welcome change - especially for our water tanks!
I had a day filled with indoor activities, spin class, lunch with Katie P (a friend of one of my best friends, Jen, from college), pilates and take-out Indian for dinner! I really couldn't have asked for a better way to spend my rainy Monday.
Below are some pictures of our Indian feast, yes, we decided to dine in the bar - yankee game on the tv - our NY furniture - just like we were back home.
