I never went to any of these events in NYC (probably because I wasn't cool enough to get an invite), but last night, Marta and I went to a party at the store Cecile here in Bermuda. Cecile sells mostly designer clothes - Pucci, Missoni - all the favorites. This party was to launch their Lilly Pulitzer beach line and although I'm not the biggest fan, it was a really fun event. Wine and Dark n' Stormy's supplied by Goslings and a store filled with beautiful clothes, not a bad way to spend a few hours! I did end up buying a wrap - you know I'm a sucker for a good one - and here in Bermuda, it's wraps and beach cover-ups that are on my priority list!
