This past weekend, Mark and Morgan came out for a visit and we had a fun filled weekend!
Friday night we stayed in and the Jordan's came over for dinner. It ended up being quite the adventure. You see, spiny lobster season just started, so I figured we'd do a little surf and turf for dinner. Cutting and cleaning the lobsters was a bit more work than I would have liked and I'm sure cutting them was more than mark was expecting. Both of our hands and clothing have a few war wounds, but the lobsters were tasty.
Friday was also Excell's birthday, so he opened a few presents and sported a crown he got in school. It's good to be 4!
Saturday was a rainy day so we headed to the Frog and Onion because they were supposed to have live music. The advertisement was faulty and there wasn't any live music, but we still had a good day and ended up checking out a place called Woodys that has always intrigued me.

Sunday morning was bright and sunny so we headed to the beach at the princess. The crowds obviously disappear after Labor Day because it was empty and wonderful! That late afternoon, we headed to the Jordan's for a little football.

| John, VERY relaxed |
Monday, we rented a boat for the day. We tried a new rental place, which was pretty ghetto, but the boat floated, the engine stayed in tact and we made it back to shore alive. It's always so fun to go out on a boat down here and the views from the water are unbelievable!

| Out here, there were tons of turtles hanging out |

Monday night, we headed into town to have dinner at Latin. It's really one of my favorite spots, although very quiet on a Monday.
Tuesday we were back on the beach at the princess before heading to the airport. I'm glad the weather improved and we were able to spend some time enjoying the beaches and water of this piece of little island paradise.
