We finally found it!

John and I have been going out to dinner a lot since we've been here.  After I attempted to cook in the corporate apartment kitchen, we decided it was better to go out.  Why?  What happened you ask?  Let me give you an idea.....the onions burned, the sausage not only burned, but turned the bottom of the pan BLACK (electric stoves I'm obviously not used too, as well as cookware) and I burned myself 3 times!  My reaction was something like "I am NEVER cooking in this ____ ____ ____ apartment ever again!"

So, as I said, we have been going out to dinner a lot since we have been here and it has made both of us much happier :-)

There are quite a few restaurants here for such a small island, but everything is so expensive!  My goal was to find a place we could go for a casual dinner and leave with a bill that was less than $100.  I know!  Crazy!  It wasn't the easiest task, but we finally found it!  Last night, we went to La Trattoria.  They have delicious brick oven pizza's, a nice selection of salads, as well as pastas, etc...  John and I both had pizza, a salad and wine for under $100 including the tip!  Not only did we find a reasonable place, we also found a place that makes good pizza!  It was a double score!  We will definitely be back!
