Anyone who has come to visit knows that there are no chain stores or restaurants (well, besides KFC, but that's for another post) on the island. Usually, that doesn't effect my everyday life, until the holidays come around and Starbucks promotes those pumpkin spice lattes and peppermint mochas. Then, probably because I don't have access to a Starbucks down here and maybe partly because I'm pregnant, I crave those drinks and these days it's all I can think about. Luckily, I found a solution - all you need is an espresso pot and some peppermint hot chocolate....
