As most of you know, I have been sick for 5 weeks now, probably because of our crazy schedule. So this past week we really just laid low and hung at home. I have to say, I love our home and love spending time here. We recently got a few new additions.......

| We found the brown leather chair down here and immediately thought it would be the perfect addition to the bar. Now, we spend Saturday and Sunday mornings listening to music and enjoying our coffee in the bar room. |

Over the weekend, we were a little more active. We had dinner on Friday with Kira and Mark, who we hadn't seen in ages! Its weird how you can be on opposite schedules as people down here, with the traveling and visitors, and we definitely were. It was great to catch up with them and we vowed to get together more often. (I didn't take a single picture all weekend - lame, I know!)
Saturday we spent the day at home, watching season one of Mad Men - once you get past the drinking, smoking and womanizing - it's really a great show!
Sunday was spent with our neighbors. Joy and I went to the spa and had a lovely afternoon. There is nothing better then spending a rainy sunday with a workout, a massage, relaxing with a gossip magazine and then lunch all while looking at this beautiful water with a friend. The boys didn't have it so bad either, John, David and Jackson spent the day watching football, eating wings and enjoying some beers (well, Jackson didn't have any wings or beers, but I'm sure he enjoyed his milk and pureed broccoli just as much!). It's so nice to have wonderful neighbors who are also great friends!
