On a happier note, we did find out they do yoga down on the beach at the Reefs Hotel, which is right down the street from us, so maybe this will be our new place to find our inner zen...

Yoga - again....
Now that we are back on the island, we are back going to our Tuesday night yoga class, with new mats and towels, I might add. Tonight was another great class, except, we just learned our yoga instructor, who is also my spin instructor, is leaving the gym after next weeks classes. I am so sad to find out this news because I loved her for both classes. I'm sure they will find another instructor and we can only hope she/he is half as good as Grace. She will definitely be missed!!
