A lovely few days

Work aside.....it's been a lovely few days.  Monday, John was under the weather, so we came home and I made him some homemade chicken soup.  I am definitely not a chicken soup expert, but this was actually pretty good.  I'm attributing it to a little fresh lemon juice I added at the end :-)

Tuesday Brookie and I had a much needed girls sushi dinner.  It was great to sit, chat and catch up about life.  She really is following her passion in life and I admire that, even though its going to take her to Washington Heights every Tuesday!  I do love that one!  She's a super person and a great friend!

 
Tonight, John, dad and I hung out at 222.  We ordered pizza from a great, thin crust pizza place and chatted about our favorite topic....insurance!!!  Always fun to have a good work chat with dad and with the three of us talking - I'd be surprised if anyone was listening!  Thank goodness we were limited to 550 square feet!!!!!!!

I am so lucky to have these two and love them both to pieces!!!!!
